Colorado Springs Real Estate Housing Market 2016 Predictions

Just released, Trulia’s 2016 housing market predictions: Colorado Springs came up as the sixth hottest up-and-coming real estate market in their most recent study.

Here Are The Key Findings From The Report:
More Americans think 2016 will be a better year than 2015 for selling a home, but worse for buying a home.

18-34 year olds are especially optimistic with 80% saying that home ownership is part of their personal American Dream.

Based on the factors above, housing markets along the costly coasts in the West and Northeast will continue to cool down while the bargain belt in the Midwest and South will start to pick up.

The recent boom in multi-family home construction may finally start to help slowdown soaring rents in many major rental markets

10 housing markets have the strongest potential for growth in 2016, thanks to strong job growth, low vacancy rates, high affordability, more inbound home searches than outbound, and a large population of Millennials.
